💕It really depends on different factors such as how much movement your teeth need! They are both great options, your dentist will help you navigate the best options for you! 

🪥Invisalign is widely accepted and preferred these days due to its convenience. You don’t have to limit what you eat and they are invisible. 

✅Traditional braces are still an option. Be aware of needing to limit some foods and it takes a few days to truly get used to them.
