  • Winner does not need to be a patient of record at Dr. Michele Nielsen Inc. (Steveston Smiles) to qualify to enter the Sweep Swap contest or win the prize
  • Winner does not need to receive any dental treatment or purchase any products at Dr. Michele Nielsen Inc. (Steveston Smiles) to qualify to enter the Sweep Swap contest or win the prize
  • Prize must be picked up in person by the winner before November 26th, 2024 at 4:00 pm.
  • Winner agrees to have their photo taken with the prize and posted on social media: Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. Photo can be posted without the winners name.
